1. Make sure you have successfully completed your degree program and meet all eligibility criteria.
2. Make sure you have NOU registration number, University roll number, last exam roll number, photo and citizenship/NID image.
3. Check the Convocation Fee & Payment. Pay the required fee as per level, gown deposite and number of guardian attending the convocation.
4. Total Fee Amount = Convocation & Certification Fee (acc. to level) + Gown Fee (NPR. 3000) + Number of Guardian attending * Guardain Fee  NPR. 500 per Person
5. Take a screenshot of payment receipt .
6. Visit the Convocation Application Portal as given below (Convocation Portal).
7. Check the manual HERE before applying.
8. Fill out the application form with all required details.
9. Submit the completed form and you will receive a submission confirmation email.
